With less than a handful of days until the general election on Nov. 5, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump remain locked in a tight race for the White House, particularly in the seven battleground states controlling 94 of the 270 Electoral College votes a candidate needs to win.
Both candidates are working hard to convince the remaining sliver of undecided and independent voters in those swing states to vote for them while encouraging their respective base supporters to vote early or show up at ballot stations on Tuesday.
More than 64 million people have already voted through in-person early voting and mail-in ballots, according to the University of Florida’s Election Lab on Thursday.
On Friday, all eyes will be on the Badger State as both candidates will hold competing rallies in southeastern Wisconsin.
Trump’s event is set to take place at the Fiserv Forum in downtown Milwaukee, which hosted the Republican National Convention in July. Meanwhile, Harris’ rally will be held at the Wisconsin State Fair Exposition Center Expo, according to reports from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, part of Network.

The Harris-Walz campaign confirmed Friday’s “When We Vote We Win” concert will feature performances by Flo Milli, GloRilla, MC Lyte, DJ Gemini Gilly, and the Isley Brothers, along with remarks by rapper Cardi B, who has been a vocal supporter of the vice president’s run for the 2024 presidential election.
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Harris’ running mate, returns to Michigan on Friday to campaign in Detroit, Traverse City and will be joined by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in Flint.
On the final weekend before Election Day, Harris is expected to visit Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday to hold one final rally in the Peachtree State before heading to Charlotte, North Carolina, on the last day of early voting in the state before Nov. 5.
Both Walz and GOP running mate Sen. JD Vance will head to the Southwest over the weekend, hosting Get Out The Vote events in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday. The governor will also travel to Flagstaff and Tucson, Arizona.

In the final 48 hours of the campaign, the vice president will be in East Lansing, Michigan on Sunday and close out the election in Pennsylvania on Monday with rallies in Allentown, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh before returning to Washington, D.C.
On Tuesday, the Harris-Walz campaign will host its election night event at Howard University in Washington, D.C., Harris’ alma mater. Trump’s campaign will host an election night watch party at a convention center in West Palm Beach, Florida, but has not announced the former president’s election night plans, according to the Palm Beach Post, part of Florida network.
