As time has passed since Georgia’s 20-17 win on Saturday night, things have looked worse and worse for Alabama fans, who took out their frustrations on players as they left Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Not only did the Crimson Tide supporters throw bottles and cans at players as they entered the tunnel, one fan, in particular, shoved the helmet of linebacker Raylen Wilson.

In an odd scene captured by Atlanta WXIA-TV’s Reggie Chatman Jr., the Alabama fan slapped Wilson’s helmet repeatedly while yelling “Let’s go boy” twice.

After the fan was approached by security on the field, he yelled “F–k outta here” twice toward the Bulldogs star.

The Georgia captain walked away from the fan without escalating the situation.

Chatman later revealed that someone shared his video on Instagram and Wilson commented, claiming he thought the man was a Georgia fan.

“I thought dude was a uga fan tried to dap em up,” the linebacker wrote with three laughing emojis.

It was part of a chaotic scene that included trash thrown on the field and forced Georgia coaches to demand players wore helmets as they left through the tunnel.

Frustration for Alabama boiled over after what was a controversial final drive.

Quarterback Keelon Russell threw a deep ball intended for Rico Scott, who was hit while going for the ball, and no pass interference was called.

On the following play, Russell was sacked, pushing Alabama out of field goal range and forcing a punt.

As Georgia took over, the game was decided after a personal foul by Alabama’s Dijon Lee Jr. on third-and-2.

Tide coach Kalen DeBoer laid into the cornerback after the final whistle.

Wilson tallied four solo tackles and nine total.

Georgia gave Alabama its first loss of the season and made a claim for the No. 1 ranking.

Alabama travels to Tennessee next week, while the Bulldogs will host Auburn.
