“Squad” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Saturday demanded Senate Democrats block funding for ICE after federal agents shot and killed an armed 37-year-old anti-ICE protestor in Minneapolis.

Authorities said Alex Jeffrey Pretti, 37, was fatally shot after he brandished a weapon as federal agents attempted to arrest a criminal illegal migrant.
“This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement,” said Border Patrol Commander-at-Large Gregory Bovino.
The shooting marked the third by federal agents in Minneapolis this month, including the high-profile shooting of Renee Good, which has sparked mass protests in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
