MLB bettors can use the BetMGM bonus code POSTBET for up to $1,500 in bonus bets via a first bet on the house for Rays vs. Guardians.
The ALCS shifts to Cleveland with the series tied 1-1 after the Guardians stole Game 1 in Tampa Bay before Freddy Peralta helped the Rays answer with a 3-1 victory.
Cleveland enters Game 3 as the betting favorite, backed by home-field advantage and Gavin Williams, who looks to build on a spectacular ALDS-clinching performance.

What our Post expert thinks about Rays vs. Guardians
Tampa Bay counters with Griffin Jax, who threw just 32 pitches in a two-inning relief appearance against the Yankees in the ALDS.
The Guardians have won four of their last five games, though José Ramírez will be looking to rebound from a costly Game 2 error all while Rays slugger Junior Caminero searches for his first postseason home run.
