Tickets for the 2024 Birmingham Food+Culture Festival go on sale today, July 10.

Early-bird pricing is in place through the month of July.

The festival will take place from September 19-22, 2024, and will bring top-tier culinary talent together for a weekend of food, fun, music, and entertainment.

Here are just a few of the top chefs that will be there:

  • Carla Hall—a renowned chef and television personality best known for her appearances on Bravo’s Top Chef and ABC’s The Chew; has published multiple cookbooks and is being honored by Les Dames d’Escoffier as Grande Dame in 2024 for a lifetime achievement in recognition of her extraordinary contribution in the food and beverage industry
  • Timothy Hontzas (Johnny’s Restaurant, Birmingham) – a seven-time James Beard Foundation Award nominee and two-time Finalist for Best Chef: South; was also featured in the Birmingham episode of True South and had a dish selected by John T. Edge for the “Top Ten Dishes of 2014”
  • Rob McDaniel (Helen, Birmingham) – a James Beard Foundation Best Chef: South Nominee; Helen named Esquire’s #3 Best New Restaurant in 2021
  • Adam Evans (Current Charcoal Grill, Birmingham) – winner of the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: South Award in 2022; is the Executive Chef & Owner of Automatic Seafood & Oysters, (opened in April 2019) and Chef/Partner of Current Charcoal Grill (opened in April 2024)
  • Kelsey Barnard Clark (KBC Eatery, Dothan) – winner of Top Chef, James Beard Foundation Award Semi-Finalist, author of Southern Grit and her forthcoming book Southern Get-Togethers
  • Gregory Collier (3rd and Fernwood, Charlotte) – a five-time James Beard Foundation Award SemiFinalist and winner of the CRVA Destination Impact Award; 3rd and Fernwood named a Top 50 Restaurant in the United States by The New York Times
  • Cheetie Kumar (Ajja, Raleigh) – Ajja was named a 2023 James Beard Foundation Award SemiFinalist for Best New Restaurant as well as an Esquire Best New Restaurant and Best New Carolinas Restaurant by Eater
  • Michelle Wallace (B’Tween Sandwich Co.,Houston) – Season 21 contestant on Top Chef as well as featured on Food Network’s BBQ Brawl Season 3
