Cardi B vented her frustrations amid a trying time both personally and professionally.

During a Spaces session via X on Monday, January 5, Cardi, 33, got heated when a listener suggested she get off social media and act like a celebrity.

“I gotta express myself,” the rapper said. “When I express myself, I feel way much motherf***ing better. The f***? Let me cope, bitch. The f***? Are you this motherf***ing famous, bitch? Talk to me when you this motherf***ing famous, bitch.”

Cardi continued, “When you got this type of motherf***ing fame and this type of motherf***ing money, bitch, then you motherf***ing talk to me. Don’t tell me how to motherf***ing feel. The f***? Bitch, you ain’t in my motherf***ing shoes.”

The rant came as Cardi’s boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, is currently facing charges of strangulation and assault after allegedly attacking his live-in personal chef over a financial dispute last month.

Diggs, 32, and Cardi welcomed their first baby together, a boy, in November and have been linked since 2024.

Cardi has not been shy about defending Diggs on social media, as evidenced by a since-deleted post earlier this week about the woman accusing him of assault.

“Not once has that woman said anything to me about being touched.. NOT ONCE!!,” Cardi wrote via X, according to TMZ. “Mind you, we was talking every single day until she left that house and she JUST wrote me this.. but I’m gonna let the courts handle s*** and when it gets handled I want all yall talkin s*** on your f***in knees with apologies just as loud the way yall been harassing over a lie… and I put that on my two month old son in the name of the lord!! That’s how confident I am.”

The post was accompanied by an alleged text from the chef to Cardi, which read: “I’m sooo sorry, I can’t talk to you, I didn’t say that especially in the way it was written, please contact my mediator and she will answer anything you need to know. But only in person and confidently.”

Diggs denied the claims made against him in a statement to Us Weekly via his attorney on December 30.

“They are unsubstantiated, uncorroborated and were never investigated — because they did not occur,” attorney David Meier said. “The timing and motivation for making the allegations is crystal clear: They are the direct result of an employee-employer financial dispute that was not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction. Stefon looks forward to establishing the truth in a court of law.”

Cardi is currently in rehearsals for her upcoming tour, which kicks off on February 11. In a video shared via X on December 29, one day before the news broke about the allegations against Diggs, Cardi admitted to feeling overwhelmed.

“I have so much work to do once January starts that it’s stressing me out,” she explained. “I’m gonna be away from my baby, my babies, away from my personal life, away from my home. I have to rehearse for 10 to 12 hours a day for tour. There are so many elements of production that I’m missing for tour. I’m already super stressed out, you know what I’m saying?”

Cardi also shares daughters Kulture, 7, and Blossom, 15 months, and son Wave, 4, with estranged husband Offset.
