The youngest son of late actor Christopher Reeve, Will Reeve, has reportedly tied the knot.
According to a report published by People on Sunday, January 18, Will, 33, married his event planner fiancé, Amanda Dubin, in Miami one day prior.
The outlet noted that Amanda’s mother, Victoria Dubin, shared via her Instagram Stories just ahead of the nuptials that she took “a quiet moment” before the event took place. “The bride has just departed for her first look,” Victoria wrote. “She took our breath away and the emotion her father and I feel is palpable.”
Us Weekly has reached out to a representative for Will for comment.
The outlet also noted that one of Will’s colleagues, who joins him as a reporter for ABC News, hinted at the wedding via her own Instagram on Sunday. Robin Roberts posted a photo that captured herself with wife, Amber Laign, as well as Good Morning America lifestyle presenter Lara Spencer and weather anchor Sam Champion, all enjoying a drink before a special event. “Pre-party last night before heading to celebrate a beautiful couple say I do!” Roberts, 65, captioned the snap.
One of Roberts’ followers commented, “Beautiful! Congratulations to Will and Amanda.”
Will was one of Christopher’s three children. The Superman star welcomed Matthew Reeve and Alexandra Reeve with his ex Gae Exton before marrying Dana Reeve in 1992 and welcoming Will later that year.
Christopher was left paralyzed after a horse riding accident that occurred three years after Will’s birth. He died in 2004 at the age of 52 after suffering heart failure caused by complications from an ulcer infection.
Will announced his engagement to Amanda, who shares a luxury event planning company with Victoria, in a joint Instagram carousel on November 10, 2024. Simply captioned, “Us,” at the time, the post included photos of Will down on bended knee as he proposed to a delighted Amanda in New York City.
Additionally photos within the announcement post showed the pair beaming as they admired Amanda’s ring finger glistening with her new jewelry, the couple kissing, and loved ones celebrating their engagement before admiring Amanda’s ring themselves.
The romantic proposal, which saw a loft apartment decorated with white candles and hosting a cellist’s musical performance, also drew an abundance of fresh flowers arranged in various styles of vases.
Will said during an interview with ABC News later that month that he and Amanda were “elated” after dating for two years.
“I had a whole plan. It went to perfection and now we just get to enjoy being engaged, planning a wedding,” Will said on camera before adding, “I’m the luckiest guy in the world. Thank you for all the love you’ve shown.”
Further details into the couple’s wedding planning journey was revealed during Will’s February 2025 appearance on Live With Kelly and Mark. “We are so dialed, “ Will said at the time. “We’ve still got almost a year, a little under a year until the wedding and we’ve basically got almost everything done.”
