A second fan has accused CM Punk of physical contact during an incident at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, according to newly released 911 audio obtained by TMZ.
The alleged incident occurred on April 20 in the hotel lobby of the MGM, following WrestleMania 42 festivities.
In the recording, a Spanish-speaking caller told dispatchers that he approached Punk in hopes of getting an autograph before the interaction escalated.
Through an interpreter, the caller alleged the former WWE Champion pushed him and “shoved” him in the chest after he got close.
The caller also provided a description of Punk’s demeanor, saying his face appeared red and “full of anger,” according to the translated account.
Authorities from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and spoke with those involved, but no formal report was filed, and no arrest was made.
The allegation marks the second reported altercation involving Punk around WrestleMania time.
Earlier footage published by TMZ showed the wrestler knocking a phone out of another fan’s hand in the same hotel lobby.
That incident happened shortly after Punk’s loss to Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 42.
In that earlier encounter, the fan was filming Punk’s wife, AJ Lee, and fellow wrestler Bayley during a private moment in the lobby.
The video shows Punk reacting by slapping the device out of the fan’s hand before security intervened to de-escalate the situation.
The fan involved in the phone incident later told TMZ he did not plan to press charges or pursue legal action against Punk, instead saying he wanted an apology.
As of now, there has been no indication of charges stemming from either incident.
Punk, who returned to WWE in late 2023 after a lengthy absence from the company, immediately became one of the company’s biggest stars upon his re-entry.
One of the most accomplished pro wrestlers of his era, Punk is an eight-time World Champion in WWE, having won the WWE title twice, and has also held the World Heavyweight Title twice along with the 2002-13 version of the World Heavyweight Title three times.
