The co-founder of Daily Wire criticized Joy Reid for claiming that conservative host Ben Shapiro is funded by “oligarchs” — while the anti-Trump MSNBC host rakes in millions from the left-leaning network’s mega-bucks parent company.

Jeremy Boreing, who along with Shapiro launched Daily Wire in 2015, reacted to a clip of the anchor’s analysis of President Joe Biden’s farewell address on Wednesday — in which he bizarrely warned of an “oligarchy” taking over the country.

“Joy Reid lives in such a bubble she doesn’t know there is an actual audience for conservative ideas, and she is so economically illiterate she doesn’t know how value is created,” Boreing wrote on his X account on Thursday.

Four days before President-elect Donald Trump is officially sworn in, Biden claimed that an “oligarchy” of super-wealthy people were conspiring to take advantage of a “dangerous concentration of power” in order to exert “power and influence that literally threatens our entire democracy, our basic rights and freedoms and a fair shot for everyone to get ahead.”

Following the speech, Reid appeared on MSNBC to discuss Biden’s remarks with co-panelists and fellow MSNBC hosts Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes and Jen Psaki.

“Who do you think was paying for Rush Limbaugh? “Who do they think is funding the Ben Shapiro and other podcasts?” Reid asked when referencing oligarchs.

She then alluded to a group of tech executives who have publicly backed Trump, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk and other Silicon Valley luminaries.

“The oligarchy has been hidden in the background the whole time and Biden is this pivot president as America is hurtling toward sort of falling in love with these rich tech gods, these ‘tech bros’,” Reid railed.

Boreing wrote that the company he and Shapiro co-founded “generated well over $200M last year in advertising and subscription revenue.”

“Daily Wire creates value, and we’re always working to create more,” Boreing wrote.

“Still, if there are any oligarchs out there who would like to fund us, I can only say we may not be very good, but we’re real expensive…”

The Post has sought comment from Reid and MSNBC.

The Daily Wire was founded in 2015 by Shapiro and Boreing, with initial funding from billionaire brothers Dan and Farris Wilks.

The Wilks brothers, who made their fortune in fracking, are also backers of the right-leaning video site PragerU.

The company is now primarily owned by Shapiro, Boreing and private stakeholders.

Reid, who reportedly earns $3 million a year, is employed by MSNBC corporate parent Comcast, the telecommunications giant that boasted a market capitalization of $139.52 billion as of Thursday.

Last month, it was reported that Comcast bean counters asked Reid and fellow MSNBC talking head Stephanie Ruhle to take a pay cut if they wanted to remain at the network.

In the fall, MSNBC’s most bankable star, Rachel Maddow, had her reported $30 million annual wage slashed by $5 million per year — though network reps have disputed these figures.

Maddow, who until now has hosted her prime time show just once a week, will air her program five days per week during the first few months of the second Trump administration, MSNBC announced earlier this week.

MSNBC finds itself in a state of flux after it was announced on Wednesday that Rashida Jones, the first black woman to hold the position of president of a major news network, was relinquishing her responsibilities effective immediately.

The left-leaning cable network has surpassed lowly CNN as as the second-most watched cable news channel.

But its audience has dwindled in the wake of Trump’s election victory.

Comcast, which like other media giants is struggling to cope with shrinking audiences, announced recently that it was planning to spin off its cable television assets including MSNBC, CNBC, USA Network and Oxygen.
