Angelenos dreaming of witnessing the 2028 Summer Olympic Games live better act fast.

Registration for the first draw to get tickets to the Games is open until 11:59 p.m. Wednesday — giving fans the chance to score a time slot to buy individual tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, according to LA28.

Winners of the draw will have the chance to buy tickets to every event they put their name down for. Already, over 5 million fans have registered.

After registrants sign up for the initial draw, they will be eligible to buy tickets for subsequent ticket drops.

Winners of the draw can buy up to 12 tickets for various events, including the opening and closing ceremonies, which have four-ticket limits.

The organizing committee said fans from all 50 states and 194 countries across six continents have signed up, averaging about 100,000 new registrations per day.

“We are grateful for the millions of people who have expressed interest in joining us in LA in 2028, where more of these stories and dreams will come to life,” Reynold Hoover, LA28 chief executive officer, said in a press release last month.

The Olympic Games kick off with the Opening Ceremony on July 14, 2028 and run through July 30, 2028. The LA28 Paralympic Games are scheduled from August 15, 2028, to August 27, 2028.

Ticket registration is available at la28.org.
