Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs found his No. 1 cheerleader in girlfriend Nicole Anderson.

“26 is my lucky number 🦁,” Anderson wrote via Instagram in November 2024, referring to Gibbs’ jersey number.

The real estate agent hard-launched her romance with Gibbs one year earlier and has since become a staple at his Lions football games. (Gibbs was drafted by Detroit in April 2023.)

“Today is the last game of the regular season, so Isabelle [Sewell, who is married to Lions star Penei Sewell] is having a party bus at her house,” Anderson said in a January 2025 TikTok video. “Party buses are fun with all the girls. I’m really excited.”

After arriving at the stadium, Anderson hits the sidelines to give Gibbs a good luck kiss before heading off to her seat in the stands. At every matchup, Anderson stuns in custom Gibbs-inspired team merch.

October 2023

Anderson and Gibbs made their couple’s debut on Instagram on Halloween, in which they matched in Spider-Man costumes.

“In every universe,” she wrote, while Gibbs used the caption, “Stings doesn’t it?”

The next month, Anderson started sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of her game days.

They dressed up as Shark Tales costumes for Halloween.

“You’d have to be crazy not to take me back,” Anderson captioned a post, quoting the animated film.

January 2025

After Gibbs and the Lions earned the No. 1 seed in the NFC conference, they started their 2024-2025 playoff journey. Anderson, meanwhile, got all decked out to support her man from the stands.

“How thoughtful. @KendraScott sent me the cutest custom jewelry,” she wrote via Instagram Story on January 18 ahead of the divisional round.

Kendra Scott had sent Anderson a gold necklace with a “26” chain in the middle, alongside another chainlink cheer and two pairs of hoop earrings.

At previous games, Anderson has opted for custom gear emblazoned with Gibbs’ last name, jersey number or photos from the field.

“Dibs on Gibbs,” she previously captioned another NFL game day pic.
