The In-N-Out empire keeps growing.
Residents across the Golden State will soon have more chances to grab the burger chain’s famous fare, with several new locations listed as “opening soon” on its website.
Three of the new sites are headed to Southern California, while the fourth will make its home in the Central Valley.
The new locations are at 8245 Pine Ave. in Chino, 6233 Telegraph Ave. in Commerce, 1221 Santa Anita Ave. in South El Monte and 10537 Trinity Pkwy. in Stockton.
In-N-Out’s chief operating officer previously told The Stockton Record that construction on the Stockton site was underway and the location was on track to start slinging burgers later this year.
However, there’s no word yet on exactly when the new restaurants will open.
Job applications are already open for each of the four sites — and working the grill may not be such a bad gig after all.
Starting pay at In-N-Out is $22 an hour, with employees able to earn up to $26.25 hourly, according to the company’s website. Managers, meanwhile, make an average of $200,000 a year.
The incoming locations add more spots for Double-Doubles, Flying Dutchmans and Animal Style fries, expanding In-N-Out’s footprint of more than 400 restaurants.
The family-owned and privately held company currently operates in 10 states, with an 11th — New Mexico — on the horizon next year.
The majority of its restaurants remain clustered in its home state of California, where the first In-N-Out opened its doors in Baldwin Park in 1948.
The burger mecca’s latest California location opened earlier this month in Irvine, anchoring The Canopy, a 12-acre, 90,000-square-foot outdoor shopping and dining hub taking shape at Great Park.
Other restaurants are on the horizon, too.
Last week, In-N-Out filed a permit with the City of Los Angeles to demolish a strip of existing buildings at 2927-2969 Sepulveda Boulevard in Rancho Park to construct a new 3,890 square-foot drive-thru restaurant with outdoor dining.
The move sets up a clash with another California-founded burger spot, Hamburger Habit, which sits just around the corner at 1123 National Avenue.
