This season, Iowa’s Caitlin Clark became the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer.

Yet, she still has something to prove.

After last year’s defeat at the hands of LSU in the Finals, Clark’s Hawkeyes are back in the Final Four this year with their sights on the title.

In order to get there, Iowa will have to get through perennial contender UConn in the semifinal at Cleveland’s Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Friday, April 5.

North Carolina State is playing South Carolina in the other Final Four matchup that day.

The Final will take place Sunday, April 7 also at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.

For fans that want to attend, last-minute tickets are still available.

At the time of publication, All Sessions passes — which get attendees into both Final Four games as well as the National Championship — start at $730 before fees on Vivid Seats.

Final Four tickets start at $317 before fees.

While that may sound costly, there’s a good chance you’ll be witnessing hoops history in the Rock and Roll Capital of the World.

About the Women’s Final Four

The matchup between Iowa (33-4) and UConn (33-5) will be the first time the teams suit up against one another since Nov. 27, 2022.

In that contest, the Huskies came away victorious, winning 86-79.

According to CBS Sports, Iowa is the three-point favorite to win.

As for South Carolina (36-0) and North Carolina State (31-6), South Carolina won the most recent matchup in 2021.

South Carolina is the -11.5 favorite to win, the Arizona Republic’s BetMGM Sportsbook reported.

NCAA Women’s scoring record

In 2017, Washington point guard and current Las Vegas Aces star Kelsey Plum set the all-time scoring record with 3,527 points surpassing previous record holder Jackie Stiles.

On Feb. 15, Clark surpassed her record and now sits at 3,900; which is 233 more than Men’s Division I leader Pete Maravich.

Due to the 22-year-old’s hoops heroics, ticket prices to catch Clark on the court have set records this season.

“I call it Clarkonomics,” ESPN college hoops analyst Debbie Antonelli told USA TODAY Sports. “She’s driven the game to a whole new level by herself. No one has ever shown up to watch one player like they’re showing up for her.”
