These two can find passion anywhere! Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart showed off their love with a sweet kiss while getting ready to board New York City subway trains.

The rare PDA moment happened on the city’s Upper West Side on Monday, March 31, captured in photos the New York Post published on Wednesday, April 2. Harrison, 82, also put his arm protectively around Calista’s shoulder as they walked to the subway station.

While waiting for a train, the Captain America: Brave New World star planted a smooch on his wife’s lips on the subway platform before going their separate ways. The Ally McBeal alum, 60, was headed downtown for her off-Broadway play Curse of the Starving Class, the outlet reported, while the Indiana Jones icon took a solo train trip.

The actor reportedly told a woman he was photographed sitting next to that he hadn’t taken the subway in years, the publication noted.

Harrison blended in with the other subway riders in a casual outfit consisting of a button-down shirt with dark blue jeans and black boots. Despite his black rimmed glasses, the Star Wars legend was highly recognizable, along with his slightly messy white hair.

After chatting with a woman in a pink sweater, Harrison stood holding a silver subway car pole in another photo while looking straight ahead. It didn’t appear that his fellow riders noticed there was a major movie star in their presence, as several people around him were gazing down at their phones.

Calista has been in New York for most of the winter. Curse of the Starving Class opened at Pershing Square Signature Center on February 25, where she stars alongside Christian Slater in a revival of Sam Shepard‘s 1977 play.

As a result, Harrison flew solo at the SAG Awards on February 23, although he was joined inside by castmates from AppleTV+’s Shrinking. He was nominated Outstanding Performance by Male Actor in a Comedy Series for the show but lost out to Only Murders in the Building‘s Martin Short. Shrinking also lost out to Only Murders in the Building in the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series category.

“I didn’t know what it was going to be, but it turned out to be something very special for me,” Harrison told People on the red carpet about the series, which had it’s season 2 finale in December 2024.

“I’m very touched by the kind of contact I have with fans of the show. They only wanna say that they enjoy it. They don’t want anything. They don’t want a picture, they don’t want an autograph. They just wanna share their pleasure in what it is that we are doing,” he added. AppleTV+ announced it was picking up Shrinking for a third season in October 2024.

Harrison Ford Kisses Wife Calista Flockhart in Rare PDA Moment

Now that Harrison has some downtime, he’s spending it with Calista while she’s working in New York City. The couple met at the 2002 Golden Globe Awards and began dating shortly thereafter. Harrison and Calista tied the knot in 2010, and he’s been doting dad to her son Liam, whom the Supergirl alum adopted in 2001.

The 1923 star hasn’t been shy about professing his love for Calista over the years. He gushed about his wife during a speech at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards, where he was honored with the Career Achievement Award, as proud Calista looked on from the audience.

“I’m here because of a combination of luck and the work of wonderful directors, writers, filmmakers. I feel enormously lucky. I’m happy for this honor and I appreciate it very much. I want to thank my lovely wife, Calista Flockhart, who supports me when I need a lot of support — and I need a lot of support,” he shared when accepting the award.
