OSHKOSH – The tiaras are gone, but it is hoped the memories will remain forever.
After 61 years in Oshkosh, the Miss Wisconsin Pageant is leaving the Alberta Kimball Auditorium to stage next year’s competition in New Berlin at the West Performing Arts Center.
