She’ll pay any dollar figure for the perfect figure — no ifs, ands or butts about it.

Scarlet Black, who’s recently shed over 150 pounds with the help of 13 cosmetic surgeries, is going back under the knife for her second Brazilian Butt Lift, or BBL, after the results from her first procedure “died.”

R.I.P. BBL.

“To achieve your desired look, you normally need two BBLs,” said Black, 28, a British beauty buff, in a recent TikTok tell-all.

“A lot of the fat that’s re-injected into your buttocks actually dies — like 50% or sometimes more,” she explained to 113,000 viewers. “For [this BBL] we focused on lifting  [my butt] up and putting volume in it.”

The blond, whose weight “ballooned” to a massive 350 pounds due to her fast-food addiction during the pandemic, has already spent $36,000 — monies she’d saved to invest in a dream home — on plastic surgery procedures in Turkey to build her dream body.

It’s the high-price of looking nice.

But Black’s not the only wannabe-fox who’s shelling out all of her green.

In the age of self-care, a post-COVID movement that’s ignited a cosmetic surgery boom, folks everywhere are spending top dollar to wow.

While glamor gals in NYC and beyond are busy dropping over $12,000 on the hottest new breast implants on the market, balding blokes between ages 25 to 50 are blowing over $16,000 on hair transplant surgeries. The mane restoration operation has recently been dubbed the “BBL for straight men,” owing to its trendy popularity.

But for Black, re-boosting her bum isn’t so much about staying on trend. Instead, it’s an expensive effort towards feeling good about herself.

“It’s helped me mentally and physically, all these surgeries, and I do not regret it,” Black previously told Caters about undergoing multiple body-changing ops.

The millennial’s first cut was a $4,400 gastric sleeve surgery in February 2021. The stomach-shrinking procedure helped her zap the fat she gained during lockdown.

Left with “loads of loose skin” following her extreme weight loss, Black went on to have an extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, arm liposuction and arm lift between 2021 and 2022.

By mid-2023, she’d also underwent three breast augmentations, a thigh lift, a periareolar, BBL, liposuction and a buttocks lift.

“I would do it again in a heartbeat to see myself in the mirror now and actually smile back at my reflection,” said Black.

And although a few virtual trolls have criticized her for trimming, chopping and augmenting her physique — accusing her of having “body dysmorphia” and reminding her that she runs the risk of dying during each procedure — Black is giving herself a pat on the back.

“I’m fine,” she assured TikTok fans from her hospital bed just hours after her most recent BBL. “I’m feeling really good.”
