Jesse Tyler Ferguson is just like Us — he has a sweet, but simple nickname for his significant other!

“We both call each other this, but it started off as ‘Baby boy,’” Ferguson, 49, exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly, referring to his husband, Justin Mikita. “I go, ‘Hey, baby boy.’ But now it’s like, ‘Bay-boy. Baboy.’”

The Modern Family alum, who recently partnered with Tovala, also dished to Us about his “favorite Housewife.” While Ferguson confessed he’s “not super [into] Real Housewives,” he does consider one of the former Real Housewives of New York City stars a friend.

“I know Bethenny Frankel a little bit, yeah. I just think she’s such a badass,” he reveals. “So anything that comes out of her mouth, I’m kind of like, ‘Yes, I endorse that.’”

Ferguson has a busy schedule, so it’s not surprising that he doesn’t have time to watch RHONY among other Bravo shows. In fact, his lack of time is what led him to start using Tovala’s Smart Oven for quicker meals for his and Mikita’s two sons, Beckett, 4, Sullivan, 2.

When Ferguson does carve out even more time for himself, he spends it on things that are totally relatable.

Scroll down to see how Ferguson is just like Us:

Us: When was the last time that you did laundry?

Ferguson: My older son is still being potty-trained, so I do laundry daily.

Us: What’s the last thing you waited in line for?

Ferguson: A smoothie at Erewhon.

Us: What’s one bad habit that you’re trying to break?

Ferguson: Biting my nails. It’s a bad one. I’m good, and then I’m bad again.

Us: What’s your favorite song to sing in the shower?

Ferguson: The Sunset Boulevard soundtrack. I’ve been listening to it a lot because of the new Nicole Scherzinger [Broadway revival]. So good!

What’s one task that you keep putting off?

There’s an Amazon package return that’s been sitting on my dining room table for over a week. And there’s a bag that I haven’t unpacked from New York a month ago.

Us: What is one trend you’re most sick of?

Ferguson: I’m kind of sick of TikTok viral videos. Just people doing the same thing. There’s no originality, no creativity.

Us: What do you eat when no one’s watching?

Ferguson: I love desserts on the fly. Tovala has a molten lava cake that I can just throw into the oven. It’s ready in 13 minutes — so delicious and fresher than anything I’d have to wait for.

Us: Who is the last famous person you asked to take a selfie with?

Ferguson: Carol Burnett. Classic.
