They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery, and if that’s the case then Thomas Morstead did one heck of a job on Halloween.

The Jets punter arrived for Thursday’s Halloween showdown with the Texans dressed as interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich during his playing days.

Morstead arrived wearing a No. 53 49ers jersey – Ulbrich played 10 years withSan Francisco – in homage to his coach.

The Jets punter wasn’t the only one getting into the Halloween spirit on Thursday as they entered MetLife Stadium for work.

Quincy Williams walked into the building in full Joker garb, which included full face paint and his hair dyed green.

He also had on the suit the villain wore in the Joker films starring Joaquin Phoenix.

Williams made sure to stop for photos and high-fived fans as he walked into MetLife in his Joker costume.

Jets defenders Chazz Surratt and Ashtyn Davis collaborated for their Halloween costumes this year.

The pair entered the stadium dressed as Mario and Luigi.

And safety Tony Adams walked into the building dressed as comedian Katt Williams.

The fans who were waiting to high-five the players seemed to get a kick out of the costume as one fan could be heard enthusiastically yelling out “Katt Williams.”

One player who did not dress up was Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

The future Hall-of-Famer was all business walking into MetLife Stadium in a dark jacket, dark pants and dark shirt with sunglasses on and headphones in his ears.

Considering the state of the Jets season, it is understandable that he may not be in the Halloween spirit.

The Jets have dropped five straight games coming into “Thursday Night Football” and are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Patriots last weekend.
