Following a three-year engagement, Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer officially tied the knot with an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles. In characteristic fashion, neither wore a big white wedding gown. The most surprising element, however, was arguably the location: rather than opt for a traditional venue, the paired tied the knot at a Mexican restaurant. They wed at Casita Del Campo in Los Angeles.

“We’re both like really casual people,” Stewart told Amanda Hirsch last year on an episode of Not Skinny But Not Fat. “And so we did this sweeping traditional thing where we were like, ‘Marry me.’ ‘You marry me.’ And then we just never, like, planned a wedding because we were like, ‘We kind of did it.’ But we’ll do it. I think we have a very loose plan, which is appropriate to us.”

Stewart and Meyer first met back in 2013 and have been dating since 2019. Despite Stewart’s prediction that she would eventually propose, it was actually Meyer who got down on one knee. The couple didn’t share any specific details of the proposal, but Stewart later told Jimmy Fallon that her fiancé “knocked it out of the park.”

“The day that I met her, all bets were off,” Stewart previously told Howard Stern on his namesake T.V. show. “I was like, ‘Where have I been and how have I not known you?’”

The couple have also been open about their decision to freeze their eggs. Stewart shared the news with Hirsch on the same episode of Not Skinny But Not Fat. “We’ve done really annoying things like freeze our eggs and stuff,” she explained. “So, like, if we want to, we can. Keeping that open.”
