LSU gymnast Olivia “Livvy” Dunne and Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes partied on Bourbon Street in New Orleans before a deadly attack that left at least 15 people dead on New Year’s Day.
The Tigers power couple were joined by Skenes’ teammate and Pirates prospect Bubba Chandler and his girlfriend, Allie Enright, at a bar sometime before a Ford pickup truck drove into a crowd of partygoers in New Orleans’ French Quarter, as seen in a photo posted to Dunne’s Instagram Story on Wednesday.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model also shared a snapshot of a bustling Bourbon Street that showcased Georgia flags that were hung on buildings ahead of the Sugar Bowl between the Bulldogs and Notre Dame — which was postponed to Thursday due to the attack.
The final quarterfinal matchup of the College Football Playoff was initially scheduled to kick off at 8:45 p.m. ET on Wednesday at the Superdome — less than a mile from the site of the deadly attack.
Dunne, who added a broken heart emoji, did not share further details.
Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, a U.S. citizen from Texas, is the suspect in the attack, the FBI said, while adding that it is being investigated as an act of terrorism.
Jabbar was killed during a shootout with police.

President Joe Biden, who addressed the attack in a televised press conference Wednesday, said the FBI determined Jabbar “posted videos to social media indicating that he was inspired by ISIS, expressing a desire to kill” just hours before carrying out the attack.
