OK. Now it’s time to open nominations for the next category of The Oregonian’s Readers Choice Awards: the best sushi restaurant in the Portland area.
There are so many great options. According to Yelp, three of the top 100 sushi spots in the country are here. The Multnomah Village food cart Yoshi’s Sushi cracked the top 10 with the No. 7 spot. (Beaverton’s Koya Sushi was No. 24, and Bluefin Tuna & Sushi in Northeast Portland took the No. 75 spot.)
In 2018, our dining critic Michael Russell ranked his picks for the 10 best sushi restaurants with Nodoguro topping the list. And last year, he shared his favorite restaurants at various price points and categories. (Yoshi made an appearance here, too.)
Now it’s your turn to tell us which sushi spots are the best. Nominate your favorite for the Readers Choice Awards below. Nominations are open until 11 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2024. We’ll reveal the finalists on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at oregonlive.com/readers-choice.
