Offshore Coffee Co., with coffee shops in Long Branch and Belmar, is adding a third this spring.

Jack Campbell and Ross MacKay are opening their newest location inside the Grand Arcade at Convention Hall on the Asbury Park boardwalk. Offshore Coffee Co. is replacing Asbury Park Roastery, which closed in December.

The coffee shop will serve coffee, hot and iced espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha and pastries. A food menu will not be offered to start but is possible later on, owners said.

The coffee-roasting business, which supplies coffee to a number of Shore restaurants and coffee shops, began with a tabletop roaster in Campbell’s basement.
