The Outlaw Music Festival is returning to Noblesville for the first time since 2019.

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — A group of legendary musicians are performing at a one-day music festival in central Indiana!

Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow, Waxahatchee and Madeline Edwards are performing at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville on Thursday, Sept. 18 for the “Outlaw Music Festival 10th Anniversary Tour.” The performances will start at 3:45 p.m. 

The Outlaw Music Festival is returning to Noblesville for the first time since 2019. 

Citi is the official card of the 2025 Outlaw Music Festival Tour. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, March 11 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, March 13 at 10 p.m. through the Citi Entertainment program.

The rest of the available tickets will go on sale to the public Friday, March 14 at 10 a.m. on Live Nation’s website. VIP packages will also be available. For complete details and ticket information, click here.

Previous performers at the festival include Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, Eric Church, John Mellencamp, Luke Combs, Neil Young, The Avett Brothers, Tyler Childers, Van Morrison, Zach Bryan and more.
