The Rangers are finally on the board at the 2025 NHL Draft.
The Blueshirts selected left winger Malcolm Spence with the No. 43 overall pick on Saturday after not having a pick in Friday’s first round.
Spence, an 18-year-old from Ontario, notched 32 goals and 41 assists last season with the OHL’s Erie Otters.
ESPN had Spence going late in the first round in its final mock draft.
He’s committed to the University of Michigan for the coming year.
