Dorit Kemsley claimed that estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley backpedaled on an alleged email that threatened lawyer intervention.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said during the Tuesday, February 11, episode of the RHOBH After Show that PK, 57, recently played down an alleged seven-page email Dorit, 48, received from him that discussed “custody, lawyers” and threats of divorce. (Dorit provided details about the alleged email during Tuesday’s episode of RHOBH.)

“I called him [PK] and it was a completely different person,” Dorit said on the After Show while interviewed alongside RHOBH costar Bozoma Saint John. “Subsequently, he’s said that he used a sledgehammer to crack a nut, so essentially, it was empty threats … he would never follow through. But none of it, none of it, is OK. None of it.”

During Tuesday night’s episode, Dorit said she recently woke up to the email, which she labeled “a barrage.” It allegedly included “primarily financials” and expectations of Dorit taking responsibility for the couple’s mortgage and associated bills “within a month or two.”

Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage. The pair share two children, son, Jagger, 10, and daughter, Phoenix, 8.

The After Show episode also saw Dorit once again address her future with PK.

“Whether PK and I stay married or not, I really want to get to understand him better. Only for the sheer purpose of, I want to have a good relationship with the father of my children if I can,” Dorit said. “If we don’t end up together, then I have to be able to find a way to navigate the challenging things that come with PK. And so getting to understand the way his mind works better is only going to help.”

Dorit previously said that she and PK have yet to agree on the status of their marriage.

“We stand in exactly the same place we were at the very beginning,” Dorit said on the January 7 RHOBH After Show when asked where she and PK stand after announcing their separation.

Dorit continued, “There is movement but it’s just not forward — it’s left to right. I’d love to go forward, and I’m consistently trying to advocate for that.”

“Ask me in another six months. Hopefully, I’ll have a better answer,” she added, noting that she and PK have “work that needs to be done” to resolve the issues between them.
