Lake Wynonah native Madelyn Rowan was crowned the winner of the Miss Central Pennsylvania Competition — a local qualifier for Miss Pennsylvania — to earn the title of Miss Central Pennsylvania.
Rowan also took home the top interview award.
She will head to York in June for a week-long event leading up to the Miss Pennsylvania pageant, where the winner goes on to represent Pennsylvania at Miss America in Orlando, Fla.
Last year, Madelyn was crowned Miss Berks County. She also took home the preliminary talent award, the Frank Galespie Award and was 4th-runner-up at the 2024 Miss Pennsylvania Pageant
Rowan is a Schuylkill Haven graduate and a senior at West Chester University where she will graduate this May with a bachelors degree in both International Business and Supply Chain Management.
Madelyn is the daughter of Glenn and Melissa Rowan of Lake Wynonah.
