Developer’s vision for Cicero’s Lakeshore triples, includes a $1 million condo on Oneida Lake: A local developer who’s proposing to remake the former Great Northern Mall also has a vision for as many as 1,400 homes in and around the Lakeshore Yacht & and Country Club. That’s nearly triple his original proposal for the mostly upscale community on the shores of Oneida Lake, fueled in part by Micron coming to Clay and a need for more housing. The plan includes nearly 500 waterfront apartments and even a $1 million condo with a panoramic view of the lake.

Orange football team puts together a complete effort, rolls past Cal: The Syracuse football team topped last season’s win total with its most complete effort of the season on Saturday, earning a 33-25 road win over California. The Orange never trailed, winning the opening coin toss and driving nearly the length of the field for a field goal and then forcing two first-half turnovers against an opponent that hadn’t lost the turnover battle until Saturday.

Starling saves the day as SU need 2OTs to beat Youngstown State: There was no simpler sentiment spoken by Adrian Autry after his Syracuse team outlasted Youngstown State, 104-95, Saturday in the JMA Wireless Dome than this: “That’s the JJ Starling that we know. He’s the guy for us. He’s important for us. He was big time. What a game.”
