Taylor Frankie Paul is seemingly giving Us a sneak peek of her journey as the Bachelorette.
“Teaser: Last night was one of the BEST nights of my life,” Taylor, 31, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Thursday, December 11. “Can’t wait to talk about [it] in like six months LMAFO [sic].”
Taylor, who uploaded a selfie flashing a peace season, is winding down on filming season 22 of The Bachelorette. The reality TV star had been filming her journey, which will begin airing in March 2026, since November.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star has been filming all over the country and now appears to have returned to Utah, sharing another Instagram Story pic on Thursday at Utah Facial Plastics.
“Visiting my girl @alfieraes_beautynp,” she captioned a pic of the esthetician’s office.
While most of Taylor’s journey will be kept under wraps until the weekly episodes air, ABC gave fans an early look in a video shared during the Golden Bachelor finale on November 12.
“They’re all amazing, which has made this all so much harder,” Taylor told host Jesse Palmer. “If they were not the best, it would make it easy to weed them out, but they’re just gentlemen and there’s chemistry with them. It’s been wild.”
She added, “I’m not a very by-the-book girl, [and] I just want to be more comfortable. The more comfortable we are, myself and the men … we try to be our truest selves. If I want to wear Crocs tonight, I’m wearing my Crocs, but, also, if I want to send people home before the rose ceremony, if I catch something, I’m sending them home.”
According to Taylor, she “literally” did send one of her suitors home early.
“He made it easy because he was trying to fire back at me, and I’m like, ‘Absolutely not,’” Taylor explained. “I’m not here to waste your time, please don’t waste mine. If you’re here for the wrong reasons, you’re leaving.”
Despite a few bad apples, Taylor believed that Mr. Right was among the then-remaining contestants.
“I do think that,” she told Jesse, 47, about whether she met her future husband on the show. “It’s scary to say that because the last thing you want is to get your heart broken in this [and] you want it to be a mutual feeling. On my end, absolutely.”
Even before Taylor began filming The Bachelorette, she told Us Weekly that leaving the show engaged was her “goal.”
“As my mom likes to say, I do fall in love quickly,” she exclusively told Us in September. “I always call myself a lover girl because I, like, fall for people and I have done that in the past. … I’m going to take my time, I’m going to kind of, like, get to know people. Maybe I learned things I didn’t like or do like that I didn’t even know. I think this is gonna be really good for the long-term effect.”
Taylor was previously married to Tate Paul, with whom she shares two children. Taylor also welcomed son Ever with ex Dakota Mortensen last year.
The Bachelorette premieres on ABC Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET.
