Arie Luyendyk Jr. is breaking down the timeline of his vasectomy reversal after wife Lauren Burnham shared her pregnancy news.

“In our last video, you may have noticed that that vasectomy reversal was last summer,” Arie, 43, said in a Monday, March 10, YouTube video, to which Lauren, 33, chimed in, “Yes, it was last year.”

“A lot has happened since then,” Arie quipped.

The couple shared in a February YouTube video that Arie was undergoing a vasectomy reversal after deciding their family wasn’t complete. (Arie and Lauren are parents to daughter Alessi, 5, and 3-year-old twins Senna and Lux.)

“Since we only had the vasectomy two years ago, I’m a really good candidate that it will be successful. So we’re crossing our fingers. We wanted to come on here and let you guys know,” Arie said, to which Lauren added, “Hopefully baby No. 4 coming soon. So crazy.”

After undergoing the procedure, Arie stood in the family’s kitchen as he opened a gift box. In the background of the video, a banner read, “Watch out preschool. Here I come!”

Weeks after uploading the clip, Arie and Lauren shared that they are expecting another baby after experiencing a chemical pregnancy.

“Our last missing piece,” Lauren captioned an Instagram post on Monday, showing off her baby bump. “Coming this September.”

After welcoming their third children, Lauren exclusively told Us Weekly in August 2023 that the duo were getting into the groove of parenthood.

“We feel like we’re in a spot where our kids are more independent and they’re easier to manage altogether now,” Lauren said at the time. “Like, they’re starting to have cute relationships [with each other]. Alessi likes to help them out and they help each other all the time, actually.”

Arie and Lauren initially met on The Bachelor season 22, where he ultimately proposed to Becca Kufrin. After ending his engagement to Becca days after the finale, Arie rekindled his romance with Lauren. The twosome tied the knot in 2019, renewing their vows four years later.

“We were not planning to renew our vows so early, but we heard about the Aruba I Do event, and we thought it was really cool and a fun opportunity for us to bring our kids with us and just have fun on the beach, celebrating love. So that’s what we did,” Lauren told Us in August 2023. “I loved that our kids were there too. They had the best time. There were dancers from the island there and they had these crazy costumes and Lux was just, like, enamored with these dancers. [Lux] just, like, could not get over it. It was so fun.”
