Celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s restaurant Bobby’s Burgers is expanding beyond Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, with multiple new standalone locations opening across metro Phoenix over the next couple of years.

The restaurant made its Arizona debut in 2023 inside Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor Airport. The new locations will make Bobby’s Burgers available to all Arizonans without the need to purchase a plane ticket.

The new Arizona locations will be run by franchisee Joe Sample, who previously opened a Bobby’s Burgers location in Orem, Utah.

What’s on the menu at Bobby’s Burgers?

Bobby’s Burgers offers seven burger options, such as a nacho burger made with queso, pickled jalapeños, blue corn tortilla chips and tomato chipotle salsa; the Bobby Blue and Bacon Burger topped with bacon, blue cheese, lettuce and tomato; and a BBQ smokehouse burger topped with bacon, American cheese, buttermilk onion rings and chipotle BBQ sauce.

There’s also a veggie burger and a chicken sandwich on the menu, if beef burgers aren’t your thing.

For dessert, there are five milkshake options: vanilla bean, dark chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry and pistachio.

The first metro Phoenix Bobby’s Burgers is expected to open in 2026.
