Tommy DeVito’s return was cut short.
Making his second start of the season at quarterback for the Giants, DeVito suffered a concussion late in the first half. He was ruled out for the rest of the gams against the Ravens.
It is unclear exactly when it happened. If it was on a roughing the passer penalty late when he was slammed into the turf, DeVito stayed in for five more snaps to finish off a touchdown drive.
Tim Boyle entered the game and took a knee on the final play of the first half. Boyle is the Giants’ fourth quarterback of the season.
Boyle started two games for the Jets last season and infamously threw a Hail Mary pick-six against the Dolphins.
DeVito started the first game after Daniel Jones was cut. Drew Lock replaced him for the last two games.
