Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has filed a temporary restraining order against Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan.
Us Weekly can confirm that Radke, 42, filed the documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, January 5, claiming that Furlan, 39, contacted him “multiple times” on social media before things escalated. (TMZ was first to report the news.)
Radke alleged that when he didn’t respond to Furlan, she “drove to my house and sat out front.” He also claimed Furlan showed up to his doctor’s office “without an appointment” and was “waiting” there. Radke further alleged that Furlan has continued “harassing” him online.
Furlan “will not stop posting false public claims about me,” the documents claimed. Radke also claimed that Furlan has been coercing “underage fans” to lie about him.
Radke requested that Furlan stay 100 feet away from him.
The court documents also included several screenshots of messages, starting in January 2025, that appeared to be from Furlan. The musician alleged that Furlan admitted she went to his house in a lengthy voice note.
Radke claimed that he has also been harassed by Furlan’s husband, Mötley Crüe drummer Lee, as shown in the apparent screenshots. There were also alleged messages from Furlan to Radke’s girlfriend, Dana Dentata.
“Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her,” Furlan’s attorney Lou Shapiro said in a statement to Us. “We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request [that] Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”
Furlan initially claimed in May 2025 that she was catfished by someone pretending to be Radke on social media, noting that her husband was aware.
“This is embarrassing for me, embarrassing for my husband,” she said on social media amid the drama. “This whole f***ing thing is embarrassing. I’ve been struggling with s*** at home [and] I’m in a f***ing hotel. Like, leave us f***ing alone, bro. … I’m done. Anyone can think what they will. All good.”
At the time, Radke told TMZ “multiple other girls” had been “tricked and duped” by someone pretending to be him. Radke claimed that the FBI had gotten involved and said he had been cooperating with authorities.
Furlan took to social media this past weekend and resurfaced the previous drama, claiming she no longer thinks she was catfished because she believes Radke was behind the entire situation.
At the time of the initial catfishing claims, Furlan publicly revealed she and Lee — who wed in 2019 — had been “going through a lot” in their marriage, noting that she was living in a hotel.
However, the catfishing situation made them closer.
“All of this happening has weirdly brought us together, which is really strange,” Furlan said during a June 2025 podcast episode. “I think we really faced, like, ‘Oh, what would life really be like without each other?’”
Lee confirmed in July 2025 that he and Furlan were still going strong.
“Hey fake news, we’re not separated or divorced!!” he shared on social media at the time. “Get your s*** together!!”
