Travis Kelce certainly made an entrance ahead of Super Bowl 2025.

The star Chiefs tight end sported a ’70s-inspired suit and gold-tinted sunglasses as he boarded a bus on Sunday to Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, where Kansas City hopes to make history with a Super Bowl three-peat.

Kelce’s game-day fit naturally fueled a bevy of reactions on social media, with X users comparing him to Will Ferrell’s famed “Anchorman” character, Ron Burgundy.

“Anchorman 3 confirmed!” a separate user exclaimed, while another wrote, “…. I’m Ron Burgundy…?”

“My guy is Stayin’ Alive with that fit!!” the X account for the Gentlemen’s Playbook, which specializes in custom menswear, posted.

Kelce, who has spent his entire 12-year career with the Chiefs, is seeking his fourth ring in a Super Bowl 2023 rematch against the Eagles. Kansas City topped Philadelphia two years ago, 38-35.

The All-Pro tight end’s time in New Orleans hasn’t been all work and no play, as he and girlfriend Taylor Swift took in a dinner date Friday with teammate Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany.

Kelce and the pop superstar, 35, were photographed holding hands as they exited Lilette.

Swift, who has been dating the 10-time Pro Bowler since 2023, dined out with family and friends on Saturday night, including Kylie Kelce, who is married to Kelce’s older brother, retired Eagles center-turned-ESPN analyst Jason Kelce.

Although Travis Kelce has maintained he’s got plenty left in the tank, there’s been heightened speculation about his football future entering Sunday’s championship contest.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Saturday how Kelce “still hasn’t made up his mind about whether or not he’ll play in 2025.”

Kelce — who agreed to a two-year contract extension last April — tallied 97 receptions for 823 yards and three touchdowns through 16 regular-season games in 2024.
