Bill Belichick’s Tar Heels (4-7, 2-5 ACC) will try to snap a two-game losing streak in the regular-season finale and a four-game skid in the Tobacco Road rivalry series with the Wolfpack (6-5, 3-4), which is bowl eligible for the sixth straight season under head coach Dave Doeren.
