Get ready to LOL.

Four big-time comedians are scheduled to come to Norfolk this fall.

Hannah Berner is set to perform Sept. 20 at the Harrison Opera House as part of her “None of My Business” tour. A few days later, on Sept. 25, Fortune Feimster will be on the same stage on her “Takin’ Care of Biscuits” tour. And social media sensation Matt Mathews, who added more stops for his “Boujee on a Budget” tour, arrives there on Oct. 16. Then Josh Johnson plans to make a stop at Chrysler Hall during his “Flowers” tour Oct. 18.

All shows are at 7 p.m. Ticket prices start at $45 for Berner, $112 for Feimster, $51 for Mathews and $101 for Johnson.

Hannah Berner

Hannah Berner has two popular podcasts: “Giggly Squad,” which she hosts alongside Paige DeSorbo, and “Berner Phone,” which features Berner’s husband and podcaster Des Bishop. Combined, the two podcasts have more than 100 million downloads.

Her 2024 comedy special “We Ride at Dawn” premiered at No. 2 on Netflix, and this year, her book with DeSorbo, “How to Giggle: A Guide to Taking Life Less Seriously,” debuted at No. 2 on the New York Times bestseller list.

Fortune Feimster

Fortune Feimster is a North Carolina native whose comedy is infused with Southern charm.

Her 2020 comedy special “Sweet & Salty” — which included stories about her days as a Girl Scout and a debutante, and the time she realized she was a lesbian — was nominated for a Critics Choice Award.

She followed up that successful special with two more: “Good Fortune” in 2022 and “Crushing It” in 2024. All three are available for streaming on Netflix.

Matt Mathews

Over the past few years, Matt Mathews became a social media star with stand-up clips and posts repeatedly going viral. He now has over 11 million followers across Instagram and TikTok.

Known for situational humor, Mathews’ stand-up has addressed everything from his relationships to his career as a boudoir photographer. He talks about life as a gay man in Alabama and jokes about what it’s like to live on a farm in his comedy special “When That Thang Get Ta’ Thangin,” now available on YouTube.

Josh Johnson

A former writer and performer on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Josh Johnson made his late-night TV debut on the show in 2017.

In 2018, he won the “New York’s Funniest” competition at the New York Comedy Festival. He wrote for Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” between 2017 and 2024, appearing as a correspondent last year.

As a comic, Johnson is known for his hot takes and breaking down for his audiences the details of news items, celebrity beefs and scandals.
