Ride on Bernie Brewer’s slide at American Family Field in Milwaukee
Journal Sentinel photojournalist Mike De Sisti takes you along with his ride down Bernie’s slide at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
Saturday will be the 46th game Nestor Cortes has started at Yankee Stadium. But it’ll be the first one he starts for an opposing team.
An offseason trade sent Milwaukee Brewers closer Devin Williams to New York for Cortes and Caleb Durbin. Now, the Brewers and Yankees are opening the season against each other in a three-game series that started Thursday and ends Sunday.
With Williams getting his first save as a Yankee on Thursday, Brewers fans get a first look at Cortes’ array of arm angles Saturday afternoon.
