Lady Vols basketball has a rematch with in-state rival Vanderbilt in the second round of the SEC Tournament.
No. 9 seed Tennessee (22-8) will play the No. 8 seed Commodores (21-9) at Bon Secours Wellness Arena on Thursday (11 a.m. ET, SEC Network).
The Lady Vols destroyed Texas A&M 77-37 on Wednesday to advance.
Vanderbilt, which had a first-round bye, beat Tennessee 71-70 on Jan. 19. The Commodores won it on the final play of the game when SEC Freshman of the Year Mikayla Blakes grabbed an offensive rebound and tipped it in.
