The Philadelphia Phillies can breathe easy.

For the first time since 2011, the team doesn’t have to worry about a Wild Card round in the postseason thanks to their impressive 95-67 record this year that not only catapulted them to the top of the NL East but also secured the squad a bye.

“These guys are driven to win,” Phillies president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski told NBC Sports Philadelphia. “They know that, for us, success comes with trying to win a world championship.”

In order to get to the World Series, Bryce Harper, Trea Turner, Zack Wheeler and co. will first go head to head in the NLDS with the winner of the Mets-Brewers Wild Card series that is currently underway.

Once that best-of-three showdown concludes, Game 1 and Game 2 of the NLDS are scheduled to take place at Citizen Bank Ballpark on Saturday, Oct. 5 and Sunday, Oct. 6 respectively.

A hypothetical Game 5 would also go down in Philly on Friday, Oct. 11.

If you want to be there to take in “Red October” IRL, last-minute tickets are still available.

At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets for any one of the three home games was $206 before fees on Vivid Seats.

Other games start anywhere from $226 to $269 before fees on Vivid Seats.
