Former Jacksonville State Gamecocks wide receiver Brock Rechsteiner, who is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner, signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent, as seen in a joint Instagram post with his agency, US Sports Management, on Saturday.
“Let’s go @brockrechsteiner!!” the caption said, including a portrait of him in his Gamecocks uniform.
Steiner reshared it and wrote, “Titan up!” in a post on X.
Rechsteiner is headed to Tennessee as an undrafted rookie free agent after he didn’t hear his name called at 2026 NFL Draft, which took place in Pittsburgh this past weekend.
In 39 appearances for Jacksonville State, he had 629 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
Brock signed a WWE NIL (Next In Line) deal in February 2025.
At the time, his brother Brandon — a basketball guard for Colorado State after transferring from Virginia Tech — said the pair wanted to focus on their respective sports careers before heading to the WWE.
“But now — my dream for me and my brother would both be to do the best we can in what we do — which him for football, me for basketball,” Brandon said. “And then, for my brother, I know he really wants to [be in] WWE. He has signed an NIL deal with WWE.
“So my dream for him would be to do really good in football, try to take it to the NFL, whatever that means, and then — he will be a WWE Superstar because he’s so talented and he has the charisma that my dad has.”
It’s unclear what Brock’s WWE future looks like moving forward. He is the cousin of current WWE star Bron Breakker, the son of Scott’s brother and former tag team partner Rick Steiner.
He attended WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas last year.
The news also comes after Brock and his girlfriend Neva Clark got engaged on April 14.
The pair celebrated six years together last October.
