The NFL Scouting Combine and free agency frenzy caused frenzied changes in the Serby Mock 3.0.

The Jets get a blue-chip defender and stud wide receiver with their two picks, while the John Harbaugh gets the star of the combine to bolster his defense.

Don’t peek: You’ll see more than one quarterback in Round 1.

1. Raiders

Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

Pete Carroll arrived a year too early. Klint Kubiak gets to watch Tyler Linderbaum snap the ball to his franchise quarterback, with Tom Brady supervising a commitment to excellence.

2. Jets

Arvell Reese, Edge, Ohio State

He isn’t a pro-ready pass rusher, more of a projection … but the projection is Micah Parsons. Let’s see that superpower, Coach Glenn.

3. Cardinals

David Bailey, Edge, Texas Tech

The draft’s best pass rusher is an ideal bookend for Josh Sweat. (He could also be an ideal bookend for Will McDonald. Just sayin’.)

4. Titans

Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame

A dual-threat weapon who would help Cam Ward more than anyone else. Bijan Robinson-esque. Let Brian Daboll cook.

5. Giants

Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State

The 6-foot-5 freak would help Tremaine Edmunds stop the run. So much for positional value! After the pick is made, John Harbaugh removes the tape over Joe Schoen’s mouth.

6. Browns

Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia

The best pure left tackle in the draft — 6-foot-7, 315 pounds with 34 ³/₄-inch arms — has been rising the draft boards. He can be the blindside protector for the next decade for the next five Browns quarterbacks.

7. Commanders

Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State

The pass rush has been upgraded, and now this versatile, playmaking partner for newly signed S Nick Cross.

8. Saints

Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State

Coach Kellen Moore would love nothing better than to help QB Tyler Shough with a bookend, who simply doesn’t drop passes, for Chris Olave.

9. Chiefs

Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU

Defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo ought to be pounding the table for this cover corner to help replace Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson.

10. Bengals

Rueben Bain Jr., Edge, Miami (Fla.)

With Trey Hendrickson now in Baltimore, no one cares about this maniacal pass rusher’s short arms.

11. Dolphins

Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami (Fla.)

With right tackle Austin Jackson on a one-year prove-it deal, here is a 6-foot-5 ¹/₂, 330-pound potential bookend for Patrick Paul to protect quarterback Malik Willis.

12. Cowboys

Dillon Thieneman, S, Oregon

Coach Brian Schottenheimer vows to go the best-available-player route, and though S Jalen Thompson was signed, and S P.J. Locke was awarded a one-year, $5 million deal, maybe it’s this versatile playmaker.

13. Rams

Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State

An athletic 6-2 target who can be Robin to Puka Nakua’s Batman with Davante Adams now 34.

14. Ravens

Olaivavega Ioane, G, Penn State

A powerhouse 320-pound brawler to help mitigate the loss of Linderbaum, and open holes for Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson. Hopefully he doesn’t hurt Trey Hendrickson in practice.

15. Buccaneers

Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

With Mike Evans in San Francisco, GM Jason Licht and coach Todd Bowles add a 6-3, 241-pound partner with 4.39 speed for TE Cade Otton and make Baker Mayfield happy.

16. Jets

Malik Lemon, WR, USC

A fearless, feisty receiver who can make magic in the slot and take the heat off Garrett Wilson — and ease the burden on Geno Smith.

17. Lions

Spencer Fano, OL, Utah

He can play any position on the line, but Dan Campbell might believe this can be the replacement for LT Tyler Decker. Short arms, yes, but 80 ¹/₄-inch wingspan. And oh, he didn’t allow a sack last season.

18. Vikings

Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo

S Harrison Smith is 37, God bless him, and defensive coordinator Brian Flores favors playmakers who arrive at the ball with violence and bad intentions.

19. Panthers

Kadyn Proctor, OL, Alabama

An agile 6-7, trimmed-down 352-pounder who can ease concerns over LT Ickey Ekwonu’s January patellar tendon injury and allow Bryce Young to disappear behind him.

20. Cowboys

Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson

Just 5-11, 185 pounds but more than a slot corner with 4.39 speed. Daron Bland (1) and Shavon Revel combined for one interception last season.

21. Steelers

Blake Miller, OT, Clemson

A 6-7, 317-pound high-character iron man who could be asked to keep Hendrickson off Aaron Rodgers should LT Broderick Jones’ neck fusion surgery sidelines him.

22. Chargers

Akheem Mesidor, Edge, Miami (Fla.)

Jim Harbaugh won’t care that he’s 25 when he watches this guy relentlessly chase the quarterback with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind. Harbs should care that Khalil Mack is 35.

23. Eagles

Keldric Faulk, Edge, Auburn

Howie Roseman has smallish pass rushers, so he adds a 6-6, 276-pounder with 34 ³/₈-inch arms who is just 21 and eager. Will need to develop his pass rush.

24. Browns

Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama

Maybe new coach Todd Monken wants his own quarterback. Maybe he isn’t sold on Shedeur Sanders. Maybe it’s a smokescreen.

25. Bears

T.J. Parker, Edge, Clemson

A 6-3, 263-pound power-broker bookend for Montez Sweat.

26. Bills

C.J. Allen, LB, Georgia

A high-IQ born leader to infuse fresh blood into new coordinator’s Jim Leonhard’s injury-ravaged defense.

27. 49ers

Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah

Future Hall of Fame LT Trent Williams will be 38 in July, and he and the club are in a contract impasse. Lomu is a 6-6, 313-pound rookie who ran a 4.99 40 at the combine and just needs to get stronger.

28. Texans

Peter Woods, DT, Clemson

An athletic 6-2 ¹/₂, 298-pound disruptor with 4.86 speed to be placed between Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter.

29. Chiefs

Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana

Rashee Rice has serious legal issues, so Patrick Mahomes can call Mendoza and listen to him rave bout this guy’s yards-after-catch prowess.

30. Broncos

Lee Hunter, DT, Texas Tech

Defensive coordinator Vance Joseph needs a replacement for John Franklin-Myers, and this 6-3 ¹/₂, 318-pounder with 5.18 speed fits the bill.

31. Patriots

Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

WR Romeo Doubs helps, but Drake Maye would welcome a 6-4, 212-pound red zone threat with a perfect name for New England.

32. Seahawks

Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee

He’ll go much higher if he nails his Pro Day, but GM John Schneider needs a replacement for Riq Woolen.
