90 Day Fiancé star Veronica Rodriguez and her fiancé, Seth Daryoushfar, have both been arrested for domestic violence, Us Weekly can confirm.
Rodriguez, 40, and Daryoushfar, 38, were booked into a North Carolina jail on Monday, December 15, according to records obtained by Us.
The pair, who got engaged in September, have both been “bonded out” and are no longer in police custody, per the filing.
Rodriguez was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence, according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, after she allegedly used “physical force” against Daryoushfar and was accused of “striking him in the face.”
Daryoushfar, meanwhile, was charged with “assault on a female,” per docs obtained by Us. (The charges were also reported by Instagram fan account 90DayFianceUpdate2.)
Rodriguez accused her fiancé of assaulting her during the exchange. “Seth held/grabbed Veronica causing scratches to her wrists and thighs,” she claimed in the docs obtained by The Ashley.
The outlet reported that Rodriguez paid a $500 bond before being released on Monday afternoon. The reality star was allegedly told not to “assault, threaten or harass prosecuting witness,” per The Ashley, seemingly referring to Daryoushfar.
Daryoushfar, for his part, was released after posting a $2,500 bond, according to the publication, which reported that he was also told not to “assault, threaten or harass” his prosecuting witness, which would be Rodriguez.
Rodriguez and Daryoushfar have a court date set for March 3, 2026.
Us Weekly has reached out to TLC and Rodriguez for comment.
Fans first met Rodriguez on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2019. She participated in 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk that same year.
Rodriguez was then part of season 3 of 90 Day: The Single Life in 2022 when she and ex-boyfriend Justin Foster joined the TLC series.
The pair called it quits during an October 2022 episode of the show after Rodriguez discovered that Foster planned to move to Florida to be near his kids and their mother.
Rodriguez went on to date 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum Kim Menzies’ son Jamal but the relationship was short-lived.
Rodriguez debuted her romance with Daryoushfar via Instagram in January. She exclusively confirmed to Us in September that the pair were engaged.
“On my 40th birthday in Venice, Seth gave me the most unforgettable gift,” Rodriguez exclusively shared with Us following the romantic proposal that took place in Italy. “He asked me to spend forever with him. We’re beyond grateful for this moment in our story and can’t wait to celebrate our wedding in early 2026 with the people we love most.”
Days later she shared the news via Instagram, including even more photos from the big day.
“From the very beginning, being with each other has felt like home. What started as two people getting to know each other has grown into a love we couldn’t have dreamed up better if we tried,” Rodriguez wrote on September 10. “Through every laugh, challenge, and adventure, our bond has only deepened…and now, we’re so proud to say yes to forever. We’re engaged!”
One day before she and Daryoushfar were arrested, Rodriguez reflected on her whirlwind year with her partner.
“In your 30s, you’ll match on Bumble … It’s very important you respond,” she wrote via Instagram on Sunday, December 14, sharing glimpses at the pair’s romance. “2025 was the best year yet! Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us 🥰#itsveryimportant #90dayfiance #couplegoals #2025recap #yearinreview.”
