CEDAR FALLS — Iowa 2nd Congressional District candidate Sarah Corkery continues to secure numerous state and national endorsements in her attempt to unseat her opponent, incumbent Republican Ashley Hinson.

Over the course of the summer, Corkery has been endorsed by the following state and national organizations:

  • The Committee to Protect Health Care (committeetoprotect.org), a nationwide organization of more than 20,000 doctors and advocates working to expand health care access, lower patient costs, and protect reproductive rights.
  • Iowa Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO (iowaaflcio.org), which represents more than 42,000 members of 280 unions throughout Iowa.
  • Reproductive Freedom for All (reproductivefreedomforall.org), which is working to secure reproductive freedom for future generations.
  • National Education Association (educationvotes.nea.org), the largest labor union in the United States and the world’s largest professional association of educators.
  • Planned Parenthood Action Fund (plannedparenthoodaction.org), which is working to secure laws and policies protecting women’s reproductive and healthcare rights.
  • National Women’s Political Caucus (nwpc.org), a multi-partisan grassroots organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the political process.
  • Sierra Club (sierraclub.org/iowa/2024-candidate-endorsements), the nation’s largest environmental organization working to protect communities and the planet.
