Collier County, Florida power outage map from Hurricane Milton

Power outages were reported in Collier County after Hurricane Milton made its way across Florida.

Approximately 50,000 utilities crewmembers are in Florida working to restore power as quickly as possible, Gov. Ron DeSantis said in a press conference Thursday.

“So we feel very confident that those folks are working very hard, and you’re going to see some good stuff here in the ensuing time period,” he said.
