Food Network’s hit recipe for holiday entertainment is back with a new season.
“Holiday Baking Championship” returns for season 11 on Monday, Nov. 4, at 8 p.m. ET on Food Network. Twelve new contestants will start spreading holiday cheer through the seasonal goodies they make.

“Holiday Baking Championship” is the sister show to Food Network’s hit series “Halloween Baking Championship.” This series follows amateur bakers who show off their family traditions and superb skills to be crowned Holiday Baking Champion.
The search for the next greatest holiday baker begins tonight, Nov. 4. To survive the challenges from week to week, they must prove their abilities in front of the tough-love judges. In the preheat – the first of two rounds – the bakers are tasked with creating pastries, cookies or small cakes based on the episode’s theme. The winner of the round gets an advantage moving into the main heat, which involves making a larger confection. The winner then moves on to the next episode with the possibility of winning a cash prize and being crowned Holiday Baking Champion at the end.
In tonight’s season 11 premiere, “Holiday Open House,” host Jesse Palmer honors the tradition of making tasty treats for family and friends at a holiday open house. In the preheat, Jesse asks the 12 bakers to create holiday cheese ball desserts featuring a type of cheese and either nuts or dried fruit. Then, the bakers are asked to create holiday bark inspired desserts that are both inventive and large scale as a host gift. Will they impress judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller?
