Sean “Diddy” Combs got a birthday surprise from his kids while in prison.

“Happy Birthday Pops, we love you! 🎂❤️,” Diddy’s eldest son, Justin Combs, captioned a Monday, November 4, Instagram Reel.

The clip featured Justin, 30, and his siblings: Quincy, 33, Christian, 26, twins D’Lila and Jessie, both 17, and Love, 23 months. Diddy’s daughter Chance, 18, was not present for the video but she appeared via FaceTime.

The group gathered around a red velvet cake. They kicked off their call with the music mogul, 55, by having Love start the song.

“Happy Birthday to Daddy,” the toddler sang before stopping midway and her siblings helped her get back on track.

After they finished singing, Love blew out the candle on the cake. Diddy then gushed about how thankful he was to have his family’s love and support.

“I love you all, I love you all so much,” Diddy said while on speakerphone. “I can’t wait to see y’all. I can’t wait to see y’all. I just want to say I’m proud of y’all, especially the girls — I mean, all of y’all. For being strong. And thank you all for being by my side.”

Diddy is the father of seven children with multiple women. He shares Justin with ex Misa Hylton. Diddy and his late partner, Kim Porter, share Christian. The rapper also adopted Porter’s son Quincy during their relationship. Diddy and Porter are also the parents to D’Lila and Jessie. Diddy shares daughter, Chance, with Sarah Chapman. He welcomed his youngest daughter, Love, with Dana Tran in December 2022.

Currently Diddy is in prison at the MDC Brooklyn detention center in New York as he awaits trial. He has been behind bars since his September arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Shortly after news broke of Diddy’s arrest, a 14-page indictment was unsealed. The docs accused the musician of hosting parties known as “Freak Offs,” which allegedly involved “elaborate and produced sex performances” that Diddy would orchestrate and electronically record.

Diddy pleaded not guilty to his sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He was denied bail multiple times and was ordered to stay in jail until his trial begins in May 2025.

One month after Diddy’s arrest, his children released a joint statement about his ongoing legal trouble.

“The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media,” they shared in a joint October Instagram statement. “We stand united, supporting you every step of the way.”
