Without a win this weekend, every game becomes a must-win for the Jets. Without this victory, any future win may only serve to lower the value of their 2025 draft picks.

The Jets (3-6) can survive another loss. But not now. Not Sunday in Arizona.

Against Kyler Murray and the Cardinals (5-4), the Jets are favored (-1.5) for the seventh time this season. They’ve only won half of the games they’ve been favored to win. They’ve won one of five games outside New Jersey. They’re coming off their first win since mid-September and are still a slight favorite against a first-place team on a three-game winning streak.

It is because of their star power, because of the preseason expectations attached to four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers’ first full season with the Jets. Though a playoff berth remains unlikely, the Jets aren’t chasing the ’85 Bears.
