Have you voted yet for the best ramen in The Oregonian’s Readers Choice Awards? It’s still gloomy and wet out, so we’re going to keep the soup theme going with the next category: the best pho in the Portland area
We last ranked the Vietnamese beef noodle soup in 2017 and landed on Northeast Portland‘s Mekha as the best pho in town because of its broth that’s sweet but not cloying and noodles that are thin, smooth and perfectly cooked. Today, we’d also have to consider Thom Portland, which opened at 2021. We’re also fans of Pho Nguyen in Beaverton, which has a well-balanced broth.
But where do you love to go for pho?
Tell us all about your favorite pho and nominate it for our Readers Choice Awards below. The form will take submissions until 11 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2024. On Wednesday, Nov. 20, we’ll reveal the finalists and open voting at oregonlive.com/readers-choice.
