Auburn football needs a big pick-me-up game as the 2024 college football season winds to a close.
The Tigers (3-6, 1-5 in SEC play) have fallen to 9-13 in the first two years under coach Hugh Freeze, including a 4-10 mark in the conference. Auburn will need to win all three remaining games to earn a bowl berth, and one more loss will result in the second missed bowl game in three years.

Auburn, coming off a bye in Week 11, will look to bounce back from a 17-7 loss to Vanderbilt against the Warhawks at 11:45 a.m. CT Saturday. The Tigers snapped a four-game losing streak on Oct. 26 before the loss to the Commodores put them on the brink of missing postseason play.
The Warhawks have lost three in a row, including a 38-17 loss to Texas State last week. ULM had gotten off to a 5-1 start before its recent struggles.
