The Oscar race is a marathon, not a sprint. There are dozens of pit stops along the way and trophies to be given out before the 2025 Oscars on Sunday, March 2. Keep track of precursor wins here with our scorecard. This includes honors from the big three festivals (Berlin, Cannes, and Venice) and will include awards from critics groups and guilds as we hit the heart of the 2024-25 Oscar season. Wins will be listed in accordance with candidates’ FYC campaigns (e.g. Karla Sofía Gascón, Selena Gomez, Adriana Paz, and Zoe Saldaña shared the Cannes Best Actress prize for “Emilia Pérez,” but it will be listed for the last three under Best Supporting Actress, where they’re being campaigned).
Updated: Tuesday, Dec. 3 with New York Film Critics Circle winners.
