Steph Curry left Thursday’s Warriors game against the Raptors after taking a hard fall driving down the paint.
Curry, 37, suffered a pelvic contusion after the sequence in the third quarter that sent the Golden State star falling on his tailbone during a 117-114 win at Chase Center.
The 11-time All-Star tried to drive down the lane when he got clobbered by two Raptors defenders while trying to put up a layup.
A loud thud was audible on the broadcast as Curry immediately reacted to the fall in immense pain.
He attempted to get off the floor but wasn’t able to, and the team’s medical staff went racing to check on him before he was eventually taken to the Warriors’ locker room.
Curry held his lower back/tailbone region as he walked to the bench before eventually retreating inside.
He was given a loud ovation from the Chase Center crowd as he did so.
No foul was handed out on the play.
After the game, head coach Steve Kerr said Curry will soon undergo an MRI, and that the superstar actually attempted to come back into the game.
Curry finished the night with 17 points on 6-for-8 shooting.
The Warriors had been one of the NBA’s hottest teams since the trade deadline back on Feb. 6 and have won nine of their last 10 games.
Golden State used the deadline to add Jimmy Butler to their lineup via trade with the Heat, and that has helped boost Curry’s play.
Curry had averaged 28.1 points per game and shot 40.5 percent from 3-point range since the trade up until the start of Thursday’s game.
